2. Collected Data and Purposes
a) Contact Form
Data entered into the contact form is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
b) Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile (a service of Cloudflare, Inc., USA) is used. When you use the contact form, Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information and interaction signals in order to tell humans and bots apart. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA, for which Cloudflare relies on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
c) Content loading (server logs)
When you visit the website, content (e.g. references and testimonials) is loaded from our application interface at office.beetzkevin.de. In doing so, the server processes technically necessary access data such as your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The server is operated by netcup GmbH in Germany.
3. Recipients and Data Processors
- Resend – email delivery of your inquiry (Resend, Inc., USA). Personal data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Bunny CDN – media hosting / content delivery network (Bunny, BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU)
- Netcup GmbH (netcup.de, Germany), server hosting
- Cloudflare, Inc. – bot and spam protection (Turnstile) on the contact form; servers may be in the USA
Data-processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all of the service providers listed above.
4. Storage Duration
We store contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 6 months after the last contact, unless statutory retention periods (e.g. commercial or tax law) require longer storage.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
6. Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
